Primary Benefits
  • Rapid healing of tendons, ligaments, and muscle tissue

  • Reduced localized and systemic inflammation

  • Enhanced angiogenesis and tissue remodeling

  • Support for post-surgical and chronic injury recovery

  • Potential relief from joint pain and stiffness

  • Improved mobility and functional rehabilitation outcomes

Mechanism of Action

This stack combines two of the most effective regenerative peptides:

  • BPC-157: Derived from a protective gastric protein, it promotes healing by modulating growth factors, supporting blood vessel formation (angiogenesis), and protecting tissues under cellular stress. It also supports gut health and neural repair.

  • TB-500: A synthetic form of thymosin beta-4, TB-500 enhances cellular migration, reduces inflammation, and accelerates soft tissue healing. It complements BPC-157 by deepening repair at the muscular and connective tissue level.

Together, they create a synergistic effect known as the “Wolverine Stack”, amplifying healing and regeneration throughout the body.

Dosing & Protocol

Subcutaneous (SQ) Injection:
Inject into the lower abdomen or near the injury site.

BPC-157 – 5mg Vial

  • Reconstitution: 2.5 ml bacteriostatic water

  • Daily Dose: 250–500 mcg (12.5–25 units)

  • Cycle: 5 days on / 2 days off
4–6 weeks (up to 6 months if needed)

TB-500 – 5mg Vial

  • Reconstitution: 2.5 ml bacteriostatic water

  • Daily Dose: 200–400 mcg (10–20 units)

  • Cycle: 5 days on / 2 days off
         4 to 5 weeks

  • Timing: Take in the morning on an empty stomach, at least 30 minutes before eating

Note: These can be administered in the same syringe if mixed carefully after reconstitution.

Potential Side Effects
  • Mild injection site redness or irritation

  • Temporary fatigue or light-headedness

  • Rare reports of nausea (BPC-157)

  • No known toxicity in human or animal studies

  • Slight increase in appetite or energy in some users

Who Is This Stack For?
  • Individuals recovering from tendon, ligament, or muscle injuries

  • Post-operative patients looking to accelerate healing and reduce scar tissue

  • Athletes undergoing intense physical rehab or training

  • Those with joint pain, overuse injuries, or repetitive strain conditions

  • Biohackers seeking systemic repair and anti-inflammatory support

Notes
  • Store reconstituted peptides in the refrigerator and use within 30–45 days

  • Gently roll or swirl vials after reconstitution — do not shake

  • For enhanced results, consider combining with physical therapy or rehabilitation exercises

  • Oral BPC-157 may also be added for concurrent gut healing benefits
