Why People Choose The Prime Metabolic 6-Week Cycle

  • Promotes meaningful, sustained weight loss with appetite control (triple-agonist activity)
  • Improves blood sugar control and insulin sensitivity to support healthier glucose dynamics
  • Supports cellular energy and metabolic efficiency via NNMT inhibition (pairs well with weight-loss stacks)
  • Accelerates soft-tissue healing and recovery (tendon, ligament, and muscle) while reducing inflammation
  • Repairs and protects the gut lining to support GI comfort and resilience
  • Enhances joint mobility and flexibility to keep you moving during training and recovery
  • Supports
healthy blood flow and angiogenesis in healing tissues for better repair
  • Contributes
to overall cardio-metabolic health alongside lifestyle changes
  • Synergistic stack for “repair while you cut”—pairing tissue regeneration with fat-loss support

Reconstitution (Mixing)

For easy calculating and to fit the full 12-week cycle:

  • Retatrutide 10 mg: Add 2.0 ml BAC Water
  • BPC-157 5 mg: Add 2.5 ml BAC Water
  • TB-500 5 mg: Add 2.5 ml BAC Water
  • 5-Amino-1MQ 5 mg: Add 3.0 ml BAC Water

Gently swirl or roll after adding BAC Water—do not shake.

Injection (Dosing)

Timing: Inject once each morning on an empty stomach at least 30 minutes before food.

Frequency:

  • Take daily peptides (BPC-157, TB-500, 5-Amino-1MQ) Monday to Friday.
  • Weekends off for BPC-157, TB-500, and 5-Amino-1MQ (5 days on / 2 days off).
  • Retatrutide is once weekly on your chosen day (keep the same day/time each week).

Injection Method: Subcutaneous (SQ)

Syringe: Insulin type (1 ml, 30–31G, 6–8 mm)

Combine in the same syringe Monday to Friday

(Draw from each vial into one syringe):

  • BPC-157: 15 units (300 mcg)
  • TB-500: 15 units (300 mcg)
  • 5-Amino-1MQ: 12 units (200 mcg)
    Total each weekday: 42 units

Take in its own syringe Once per Week
  • Retatrutide:

Inject Once Weekly on Your Chosen Day (e.g. every Sunday)
    – Weeks 1–2: 20 units (1 mg) per week

    – Weeks 3–6: Increase to 40 units (2 mg) per week
    – Do not exceed 80 units (4 mg) per week
    – Take on the same day and time each week for stable blood levels.

      Weekends

      • Skip BPC-157, TB-500, and 5-Amino-1MQ.
      • Retatrutide is once weekly on your chosen day.

      Cycle Length

      • Total: 6 weeks
      • BPC-157, TB-500, 5-Amino-1MQ: 5 days on / 2 days off
      • Retatrutide: once weekly

      Peptide Intake Overview

      · BPC-157: 300 mcg × 30 weekdays = 9,000 mcg (9 mg)
Tip for small remainder: for weeks 5–6, raise BPC-157 to 400 mcg (20 units) on Mon, Wed, & Fri to land near 10 mg total.

      · TB-500: 300 mcg × 30 weekdays = 9,000 mcg (9 mg)
Tip for small remainder: for weeks 5–6, raise TB-500 to 400 mcg (20 units) on Mon, Wed, & Fri to land near 10 mg total.

      · 5-Amino-1MQ: 200 mcg × 30 weekdays = 6,000 mcg (6 mg)

Tip for remainder: for weeks 5–6, raise 5-Amino-1MQ to 15 units (250 mcg) on Mon, Wed, & Fri. After the cycle, continue 15 units (250 mcg) weekdays until finished (about 3 weeks).

      · Retatrutide: 1 mg × 2 weeks + 2 mg × 4 weeks = 10 mg total.

      Inject Safely

      Preferred sites (Subcutaneous):

      • Abdomen, at least 5 cm from navel
      • Outer thigh
      • Upper-outer arm
(Rotate 1 to 2 cm from last site)

      Quick steps:

      • Clean the vial top and location of injection with an alcohol pad
      • Draw dose(s) into syringe
      • Pinch and lift skin at the location of injection
      • Inject slowly at a 45° angle just under the skin (SQ)
      • Apply gentle pressure with alcohol pad for 30 seconds
      • Dispose syringe in a sharps container

      Notes

      • Preferred sites: fatty part of abdomen (at least 5 cm from navel), outer thigh, or upper-outer arm
      • Rotate injection site (1 to 2 cm)
      • Wipe skin and let alcohol dry before injection
      • If you miss a dose, resume at the next scheduled time. Do not double up
      • Maintain hydration, movement, and good sleep
      • Keep everything labeled and store safely
      • Seek medical care urgently if you experience: spreading redness and warmth, severe swelling, fever, pus, red streaks, or signs of allergy (hives, facial swelling, trouble breathing)
      • If you develop the flu, a significant infection, or any acute illness where your body’s ATP production needs to prioritize immune function, pause 5-Amino-1MQ and resume only once you have recovered.
      • Do not use peptides if pregnant or breast feeding.

Possible Side Effects (Common & Mild)

      • Small bruise
      • Brief redness or itch at site
      • Occasional nausea or fatigue

      Peptide Measurement Guide

      • mg: milligram; measures the total amount of peptide in a vial
      • mcg: microgram; measures an injection dose (1 mg = 1,000 mcg)
      • ml: milliliter; measures the volume of BAC water for reconstitution
      • unit: insulin-syringe marking for dose calculation (1 ml = 100 units on a standard insulin syringe)
